Do you train on specific tools, or is it general AI training?
Both, depending on what you need. We can train your team on the tools you're already using — ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or others — or help you work out which tools are the right fit before we start. Everything is grounded in your actual operations, not generic AI theory.
We're not a tech company. Is this relevant for us?
Yes — and in our experience, non-technical teams often get the most out of this training. We don't assume any prior AI knowledge and we keep everything practical and jargon-free. If your team does real work, AI can help them do it better.
How long does a typical training program run?
It depends on the size of your team and the scope of what you want to cover. A focused half-day session works well for smaller teams or specific workflows. Multi-session programs over several weeks suit teams that want to go deeper or roll training out across departments.
Can you train remote or distributed teams?
Yes. We run sessions in person and remotely for teams anywhere in Australia.
What if our team is at different levels — some confident with AI, others just starting?
We design for this. After the needs assessment, we structure sessions to meet people where they are — so experienced users aren't bored and beginners aren't lost.
I don't know which AI tool is right for us. Can you help?
Absolutely — and it's one of the most common questions we get. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and Claude all have different strengths, and the right choice depends on how your business works, what tools you're already using, and what you're trying to achieve. If you're in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Copilot is often the natural fit. If your team lives in Google Workspace, Gemini integrates well. If you want flexibility and raw capability for a wide range of tasks, ChatGPT or Claude are worth considering. We help you work through the options before training starts — so you're not learning a tool that doesn't suit your business. And if you're already using something, we'll work with that.
